Sunday 31 August      Visit by Parramatta District Historical Society to tour Willandra, the Village of Ryde and the St Charles Borromeo precinct. Volunteers will be required as guides and caterers for this whole day function.

Saturday 6 September   Open day at Willandra. Volunteers needed for catering and guiding.

Tuesday 9 September    Local History Group meeting at Willandra, starting at 8:00 pm. John Hood will talk about Steele Rudd, after whom Rudd Street, East Ryde was named, and the background of Rudd’s book “On Our Selection”.

Saturday 13 September  Family History Group meeting at Willandra, starting at 10:00 am. Kevin Shaw and Janice Eastment will discuss finding ancestors in cemeteries.

Tuesday 14 October     Local History Group meeting at Willandra, starting at 8:00 pm. John Ryan will show a selection of photographs recently acquired or re-discovered by the Society.

Saturday 18 October    Granny Smith Festival Day at Eastwood.

Tuesday 12 November   Local History Group meeting at Willandra, starting at 8:00 pm. Members Meeting, with the opportunity for any member to give a five minute presentation on a topic of historical interest.

Saturday 13 December   RDHS Christmas Party at Willandra.
